Harvest Wonders ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website harvestwonders.com. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Area

We proudly offer delivery across the entire Greater Vancouver area, extending to Chilliwack. Additional delivery fees apply outside the City of Vancouver boundary and will be added at checkout. Should the customer enter an incorrect deliver zone at checkout, delivery will be suspended until settlement of any outstanding delivery fees.

Ordering and Payment

  1. All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery and Setup

  1. We will deliver and professionally set up your pumpkin display at the agreed-upon date and time.
  2. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. No refunds will be issued after delivery and setup have been completed.

Product Quality and Liability

  1. We source our pumpkins and decorations from local farms and strive to provide high-quality products.
  2. Natural variations in pumpkins and other organic materials are to be expected and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.
  3. We are not responsible for damage to displays caused by weather, animals, or other factors beyond our control.

Cleanup and Disposal

  1. We offer eco-friendly, biodegradable decorations that require no storage.
  2. Cleanup and disposal services are available for additional cost in our packages. 

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Harvest Wonders and protected by copyright laws.
