Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. No refunds will be issued after delivery and setup have been completed.
